I was commissioned to design wedding stationery which included ceremony and after party invitations, a hen party sign and a welcome board that was displayed at their reception. The couple were both school teachers and described themselves as being lighthearted and sometimes childlike. They wanted something simple, informal and fun so I designed their stationary to reflect their personalities by adding cartoon drawings of them to give the feeling that it was drawn by a child. I also added small details such as a football and wellies to give them a personal touch as a nod to their backgrounds.
